ASSAULT REPORTED/CRIME SOLVERS OFFERING CASH REWARD: On July 20 at 6:36 p.m., officers responded to the Capital Clubhouse at 3033 Waldorf Market Place for the report of an assault that occurred earlier. Investigation showed a 4-year-old male was at the clubhouse for an event and began playing with an older boy, possibly 10 to 12 years old, whom he just met. Later in the evening, the victim told a relative that the older child molested him. Detectives responded and interviewed the family and investigators are pursuing leads. The suspect is described as a young male, possibly Hispanic or Asian, with dark hair. There have been no other similar reports. Anyone with information is asked to call Det.
