THEFT: On March 6 at 2:49 a.m., officers responded to the 4000 block of Tahoe Place in Waldorf for the report of a theft. Unknown persons took four wheels and rims from a Chevrolet Suburban and then left the vehicle on landscaping pavers. PFC S. Weedon is investigating.

DRUG ARREST: On March 5 at 1:25 a.m., Officer A. Fenlon was patrolling the area of Dartmouth Road in Waldorf when he observed two males acting suspiciously near the end of the roadway. Officer Fenlon approached the men at which time he detected a strong odor of marijuana. Officer Fenlon investigated further and found seven sandwich size bags of marijuana in one man’s book bag and another bag of marijuana in his pocket. He also found numerous empty bags and a digital scale. Joshua Jartavus Donaldson, 27, of Waldorf, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
