Each Friday, the Charles County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Unit will highlight an individual who has an open warrant but has been difficult to locate. The feature will be called Fugitive Friday. Charles County Crime Solvers is offering cash rewards to tipsters who help locate the fugitive.

Charles County Crime Solvers is offering a cash reward for information leading to the whereabouts of James Edward Rayle, Jr., 34, of Cobb Island. Rayle currently has outstanding warrants for second-degree assault, failure to appear in court on a first-degree burglary charge, and failure to appear in court on a drug charge. Rayle is 6’1”, 170 lbs., and has brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information about Rayle’s whereabouts is asked not to approach him but rather call the CCSO Warrant Unit at (301) 932-2222.

Charles County Crime Solvers offers rewards of up to $1,000 for information about a crime in Charles County that leads to an arrest or indictment. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Charles County Crime Solvers by calling 1-866-411-TIPS, by texting CHARLES + your tip to CRIMES (274637) or by submitting a web tip. All individuals who provide tips through Crime Solvers will remain anonymous.
