On January 31 at 11:30 a.m., a student at Piccowaxen Middle School made a threat of violence while in the cafeteria during lunchtime. The SRO initiated an investigation, contacted the student’s parents, and made a home visit. The student will not be charged criminally; however, they do face disciplinary consequences from the Charles County Public Schools. Anyone with information is asked to contact Cpl.
