  • The warrant for your arrest has been entered into a statewide and/or national computer system. It is probable that any contact with a law enforcement officer will result in your immediate arrest and incarceration.

  • If you fail to turn yourself in, this matter will be resolved at our convenience. We will take whatever legal measures are necessary to locate you and execute the warrant for your arrest.

  • You could be physically arrested at home or at work or you could be stopped in your vehicle while driving. You will then be incarcerated. In addition to the normal cost of an arrest you may incur any applicable impound, towing and/or storage fees related to your vehicle.

  • As a participating agency with the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration’s Outstanding Arrest Warrant Program, action will be taken to suspend your driver’s license and/or vehicle registration immediately if this warrant is not satisfied within 30 days.
