Announcements
Summer/Fall 2026 Calendar Revised
A date in October had to be changed due to a booking conflict at the Circuit Courthouse. Teen Court will be held on October 8th and October 15th and the resume every other Thursday on November 5th through the end of the calendar year. Dates for the beginning 2027 will be announced soon.
The summer is a great time to earn Community Service for SSL and more!
Teen Court runs year round at the La Plata Circuit Courthouse. Youth volunteers can earn up to 4 hours of Community Service for every session they attend.
If a youth has attended Teen Court and needs a letter for Community Services or Student Service Learning Hours, email vaughans@ccso.us with their name, date of birth, and the school they attend to request the letter. Please allow 72 business hours for a letter to be sent by email.
