HOMICIDE/CRIME SOLVERS OFFERING CASH REWARD: On March 23 at 6:15 p.m., officers responded to the 2500 block of Gittings Court in Waldorf for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located two males with gunshot wounds. One victim, 19, was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The second victim, 21, was treated at a hospital for an injury that was not life-threatening. Investigators are looking into the possibility there was an altercation just prior to the shooting and the suspect may have fled in a car.  Investigators are working on leads and ask anyone with information to call Det.
