Teen Court will be hosting a FREE Nutrition Class on Wednesday May 11th at the Charles County Sheriff’s Office Headquarters building located at 6915 Crain Highway La Plata, MD. This class will run from 6p-7p and will cover information on the following:

• healthy recipes
• cooking on a budget
• portion control
• healthy food choices
