Investigators with the Charles County Sheriff’s Office are searching for John Paul Spicer, 86, of Waldorf who was reported missing this morning. Spicer, who has dementia and Alzheimer’s, was last seen on Sept. 18 at about 4 p.m. when he left his house on Pompano Court in his 2005 beige/gray Toyota Camry with MD registration plates 8APT18. Spicer is 5’9” and weighs about 150 lbs. He may be wearing a blue shirt, light colored pants, a brown belt and brown glasses. He is known to frequent Our Lady of Help of Christians Church in Waldorf. The Maryland State Police have activated a Silver Alert in an effort to locate Spicer. Anyone with information about John Paul Spicer’s whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1. Detective J.
