Death Investigation

DEATH INVESTIGATION: On July 19 at 3 p.m., officers responded to the 3300 block of Western Parkway in Waldorf  after a citizen called about a found body. Officers arrived and located the badly decomposed body,  which appeared to be that of an adult female,  about 50 yards in a wooded area. There were no obvious signs of foul play.  The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore will perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death. Det. J. Elliott is investigating.
