HIT AND RUN: The Charles County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of a driver who left the scene of a crash involving a pedestrian in a wheelchair late Aug. 17.

Officers responded to the intersection of St. Charles Parkway and St. Thomas Drive in Waldorf at 11:01 p.m. for the report of the crash.
