Fugitive Friday

Each Friday, the Charles County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Unit will highlight one individual who has an open warrant but has been difficult to locate. The feature will be called Fugitive Friday. Charles County Crime Solvers is offering cash rewards to tipsters who help locate the fugitive. Although the press release will be sent earlier in the week to accommodate print media, we ask the photo and write-up is featured on Friday, in its entirety.

Charles County Crime Solvers is offering a cash reward for information leading to the whereabouts of Fred Edward Jarrell, III, 30, of La Plata who currently has outstanding warrants for failing to appear in court on three theft charges, writing bad checks, and destruction of property. Jarrell is 5’11”, 200 lbs., and has brown hair and green eyes. Anyone with information about Jarrell’s whereabouts is asked not to approach him, but rather call the CCSO Warrant Unit at (301) 932-2222.
