Each Friday, the Charles County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Unit will highlight one individual who has an open warrant but has been difficult to locate. The feature will be called Fugitive Friday. Charles County Crime Solvers is offering cash rewards to tipsters who help locate the fugitive. Although the press release will be sent earlier in the week to accommodate print media, we ask the photo and write-up is featured on Friday, in its entirety.
